Build and evaluate ASR systems optimized for agricultural domain content and rural speech patterns.
Work with targeted ASR models such as Whisper, Azure Cognitive Services, Speechmatics, or Wav2Vec-based systems.
Develop pipelines for multilingual transcription, diarization, noise handling, and accent robustness.
Validate transcription accuracy with field recordings, user-submitted audio, and noisy environments.

Develop and evaluate computer vision models for crop and livestock use cases, including crop disease/pest detection, animal identification, livestock health assessment, body condition, behaviour and activity monitoring.
Build image and video processing pipelines for real-world farmer-submitted content, including low-light, blur, noise, varying camera angles and other challenging field conditions.
Work with models such as CLIP, Vision Transformers, YOLO, Mask R-CNN, DINO or similar architectures for detection, classification, segmentation and visual assessment.

Test vision and audio models against adversarial inputs, spoofing, and data leakage risks specific to image and speech pipelines.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Implement input validation, content filtering, and anomaly detection for audio and image submissions.

Translate product requirements into model tasks and evaluation strategies for voice and vision pipelines.
Mentor junior engineers in ASR and computer vision model evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Partner with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver production-ready features and prototypes.
