Job Description
- Provide end‑to‑end operational support for banking and enabling applications across Development, Test, Production, and DR environments.
- Administer Microsoft Azure environments, handling resource monitoring, access control, logging, and configuration.
- Build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines for automated deployments and rollbacks.
- Manage release and deployment processes, promoting application changes and third‑party products while ensuring stability.
- Proactively monitor application and infrastructure health with Azure Log Analytics and APM tools, responding to alerts.
- Conduct incident, problem, and event management, including troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
- Support Windows Server (2016+) and IIS‑hosted applications, ensuring platform reliability.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Management Information platforms such as SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a regulated financial services environment following ITIL practices.
- Drive automation, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the application lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting Windows Server 2016 or later and IIS‑hosted applications.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) and Azure Log Analytics.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
- Knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, and related data platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and integration layers.
- Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
- Experience with APM tools such as ManageEngine Applications Manager, LogicMonitor, or PagerDuty.
- Exposure to Microsoft BizTalk, SharePoint, or Dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production‑focused, change‑driven setting.
