Job Description
- Lead the deployment and operationalize enterprise AI platforms including: ChatGPT Enterprise; Anthropic Claude; Microsoft 365 Copilot; GitHub Copilot Enterprise and Oracle AI services and other enterprise AI SaaS tools
- Design secure integration patterns between AI platforms and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM, knowledge bases, internal portals)
- Develop API-based integrations leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic, and other provider SDKs
- Implement authentication, access controls, and data boundary enforcement for enterprise AI usage
- Configure and optimize enterprise AI tenant settings, usage controls, and monitoring
- Build LLM-powered applications leveraging ChatGPT, Claude, and similar models
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise knowledge sources
- Implement prompt engineering strategies, structured outputs, and guardrail mechanisms
- Design embeddings workflows and vector search integrations for enterprise knowledge retrieval
- Develop reusable AI service layers to enable AI features across multiple applications
- Develop production-ready AI services using Python and modern backend frameworks
- Containerize and deploy AI services using Docker and cloud-native infrastructure
- Implement monitoring for model performance, usage analytics, and drift detection
- Ensure scalable inference architecture with cost optimization strategies
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI service updates and safe rollouts
- Implement AI controls including: Output moderation and filtering; Logging and audit trails; PII protection and masking; role-based access controls
- Ensure enterprise AI deployments comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Embed governance frameworks into technical implementations rather than policy-only documentation
- Work closely with application teams, data engineers, and IT architects to embed AI capabilities into existing systems
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews to development teams adopting AI
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled technical solutions
