Job Description
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code, pipeline orchestration, and source control to reliably manage infrastructure and software releases.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and pipeline related issues, acting as an escalation point for delivery and platform teams.
- Develop automation to remediate issues, accelerate delivery, and strengthen cloud security.
- Apply software engineering practices to build tools, services, and automation that improve cloud platform reliability and developer experience.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations, and Security to guide cloud usage and ensure best practice adoption.
- Support continuous improvement through innovation, experimentation, and adoption of cloud native methodologies.
* Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role. *
Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field is required.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years deploying and managing cloud services
- 2+ years of networking experience supporting on premises or cloud-based infrastructure, with a strong understanding of network security and performance.
- 2+ years working with DevOps practices including IaC, CI/CD, automated testing, autoscaling, and self-healing systems
- 2+ years working in Agile/SAFe Agile using Jira or similar tools
- 5+ years as a Systems, Software, or Cloud Automation Engineer or equivalent roles.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years deploying and managing solutions in Microsoft Azure
- 2+ years deploying and managing Azure Networking
- 2+ years of deploying managing Azure Policy
- 5+ years hands on DevOps practices (IaC, CI/CD, automated testing, self-healing
