Sr. Java Dev

Minimum 8-10 years of software development experience

● Work closely with Managers (Technical and Product) to define and plan projects and activities

● Develop and implement an architecture strategy

● Facilitate team collaboration towards software engineering best practices, and solutions that meet customer needs

● Ensuring high quality code is produced and maintained through code review and frequent defect prevention activity

● Work closely in small teams to create well integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artifacts

● Agile/ Scrum/Kanban experience

● Should be strong in Core JAVA and Design Principles

● Should be very strong in J2EE with Spring, JPA and Hibernate

● Should be very strong in Spring Boot with RESTful Webservices and Microservices

● Should have working experience on RDBMS / MySQL databases

● Should be proficient in documenting the process and code using standard tools like POSTMAN, Swagger etc.,

● Should be proficient with Azure services

● Basic understanding of Caching (Redis) and Search/Index Platform (Elastic Search)
