Software Engineering Lead

Job Description
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software applications, APIs, microservices, and platform capabilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
- Lead the development and delivery of medium-to-large software features across multiple systems and platforms
- Perform design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices
- Develop scalable web applications, enterprise platforms, and cloud-native solutions
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and infrastructure automation
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and delivery plans
- Analyze application performance, reliability, scalability, and availability requirements and implement proactive improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
- Build and support reusable frameworks, automation utilities, shared services, and engineering accelerators
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
- Contribute to architecture reviews, modernization initiatives, technical roadmaps, and platform evolution strategies
- Support application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments
- Leverage cloud-native architectures and modern software engineering practices to improve delivery efficiency and software quality
- Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools and automation capabilities to enhance productivity, testing, documentation, and development processes
- Demonstrate accountability for technical excellence, quality deliverables, operational stability, and engineering leadership
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused technology solutions
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
