Job Description
- Lead the technical strategy, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Agentic AI platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term technology vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure, to define, prioritize, and execute the Agentic AI platform roadmap
- Drive the architecture and design of scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performance AI Agents systems, providing technical direction and guiding critical architectural and technology decisions
- Own the technical execution and delivery of the platform strategy, leveraging Agile methodologies, software engineering best practices, and rigorous standards for code quality, performance, reliability, and security
- Maintain a hands-on technical leadership role by actively participating in architecture discussions, design and code reviews, technical problem-solving, and resolution of complex engineering challenges
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and accountability by mentoring engineers, promoting technical growth, encouraging collaboration, and empowering the team to deliver high-quality solutions with measurable impact
