Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and
enterprise platforms.
● Build and improve test automation frameworks using technologies such as Python,
Playwright, Robot Framework, and related tools.
● Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, product owners, and technical leads to
define effective test strategies.
● Analyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements to identify test
scenarios and automation opportunities.
● Contribute to the implementation of AI-assisted QA workflows, including test generation,
test execution, test maintenance, and self-healing automation.
● Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
● Investigate test failures, identify root causes, and work with development teams to
resolve issues.

● Promote best practices in test automation, code quality, maintainability, and reusability.
● Help improve regression testing coverage and execution efficiency across projects.
● Participate in code reviews, test reviews, and technical discussions.
● Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable libraries, and QA automation standards.
● Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA Center of Excellence.
Required Skills and Experience
● Strong experience in software testing and test automation.
● Solid programming skills, preferably in Python.
● Experience with modern test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Robot
Framework, Pytest, Selenium, or similar.
● Experience testing web applications, APIs, and complex business workflows.
● Good understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, regression testing,
and defect management.
● Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable automation code.
● Experience working with version control systems such as Git.
● Experience collaborating in Agile delivery environments.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automated
test coverage.
