Job Description
- Own and drive Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Continuous Testing strategies across products and platforms.
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of Playwright-based automation frameworks and API automation solutions.
- Define automation standards, governance processes, coding best practices, and quality engineering roadmaps.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered testing approaches, advanced automation capabilities, and engineering innovations.
- Lead release readiness, quality sign-off, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring engineering teams.
