Senior Software Testing

Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute tests to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
2. Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites.
3. Create efficient and effective test strategies tailored to complex enterprise software.
4. Willing to contribute to both product and feature development.
5. Identify, document, and report product defects promptly and accurately.
6. Contribute to continuous product quality improvement and participate in planning and decision-making processes.
7. Collaborate within an agile team throughout the development lifecycle—from planning to execution and reporting.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Proficiency in test automation using tools and languages such as Playwright, TestComplete, Selenium, and Python.
2. Strong understanding of testing fundamentals, including test levels, types, techniques, and automation processes.
3. Demonstrated critical and lateral thinking skills.
4. High attention to detail with a pragmatic and quality-focused mindset.
5. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a SAFe/Agile environment.
   1. Ability to clearly articulate and justify testing strategies, tools, and automation efforts to stakeholders.
