Senior Support/Dev Ops Engineer

Works independently to determine the appropriate approach for resolving complex production issues and coordinating resolution across multiple technology teams. Frequently represents the RPA support organization in discussions with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners. May lead technical projects, mentor team members, and establish best practices, standards, and operational procedures for Support and automation platforms.

Education and Experience Required:

• Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years related experience, or Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years experience.
• Significant experience in RPA, Intelligent automation, application support, production support, or technology operations.
• Experience supporting RPA solutions across on-premises and cloud/Azure environments.
• Strong experience working with Windows Server, networking, databases, security, and other infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Experience with RPA deployment, configuration, monitoring, scheduling, incident management, change management, release management, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Azure services and cloud deployment concepts, including compute, networking, storage, identity/access, monitoring, and application hosting.
• Experience with automation technologies such as WorkFusion, Python-based RPA, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent platforms is desirable.
• Experience with ITIL/service management processes, ServiceNow, CI/CD, source control, logging, monitoring, and operational controls is desirable.
