Quality Engineering

As a Services Associate, Quality Engineering on the Core Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for:

• Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to review requirements and create detailed test cases with test steps, expected results, and traceability to business needs
• Execute manual and automated testing for SharePoint applications, including functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, performance, and accessibility testing
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and support test data preparation, test environment setup, and validation activities across the testing lifecycle
• Use Azure DevOps to manage test plans, test suites, test cases, defects, execution evidence, backlogs, and sprint tracking while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Identify, document, and track defects, validate fixes, support release readiness activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards and quality practices
