Senior SRE Engineer

Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of applications through proactive monitoring and automation.

Develop and maintain real-time monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to identify and resolve issues before they impact customers.

Automate manual processes including application deployment, configuration, scaling, and recovery.

Partner with software engineering teams to integrate reliability best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.

Support a 24x7 distributed enterprise environment across multiple global data centers.

Collaborate with Support teams to improve incident response and ensure timely resolution of technical escalations.

Participate in on-call rotations for critical application issues and outages.

Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable application releases.

Strengthen system security through SSL certificate management, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.

• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve system reliability.
