Job Description
- Design and execute tests across API, integration, end-to-end, and admin interface layers
- Test decoupled and headless architectures, including API contract testing between backend services and consuming frontends
- Participate actively in backlog refinement, bringing a testing and quality lens to story definition and acceptance criteria
- Coach and mentor engineers on quality practices — testable design, effective test strategy, and shared ownership of quality
- Build, maintain, and evolve testing tooling and integrations within CI pipelines
- Partner closely with developers, product managers, and other quality engineers to identify risk areas and prioritize test coverage
- Continuously improve test suites for reliability, speed, and maintainability
