Job Description
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Automate UI, API, regression, and end-to-end implementation test scenarios to support customer implementations.
- Develop reusable automation components to support multiple deployments and improve automation coverage.
- Optimise automation execution for faster release validation and comprehensive quality assurance.
- Support quality assurance for enterprise customer implementations, including configuration validation, workflow validation, regression testing, and environment verification.
- Validate integrations with ATS platforms, HCM systems, CRM applications, SSO platforms, job boards, and third-party APIs.
- Develop automated API test suites and validate REST APIs and integration workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and enhance automation frameworks.
- Participate in requirement reviews, solution discussions, and root cause analysis for production and implementation issues.
- Contribute to automation framework enhancements and best practices to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
