- Leverages deep expertise to establish robust methods for efficient technical support
- Optimizes methods for integrating, consolidating, and cleansing data with compliance

- 10+ years of technology experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, or production operations
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, networking, application architecture, and operational support models
- Experience with observability platforms, incident management processes, and reliability engineering practices
- Strong knowledge of SLOs, SLIs, and Error Budgets, Incident Response and Postmortems, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Platforms (specifically GCP/GCE/GKE/Cloud Run), Kubernetes and Container Platforms, and Monitoring and Logging Technologies
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Drives data-based decisions and optimizes performance through strategic insights
- Delivers timely updates and effective communication with others involved in a project or effort
- Background in Financial Services or other highly regulated environments
- Experience supporting mission-critical client-facing applications
- Industry certifications related to cloud platforms (specifically Google), Kubernetes, Site
- Reliability Engineering, or Agile Delivery.
