Job Description
- Software Development:Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure Java-based applications and microservices.
- Architecture & Design:Participate in architectural discussions, design system components, and ensure the technical feasibility of system designs.
- Code Quality & Best Practices:Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement automated testing (unit, integration, and performance testing).
- Performance Optimization:Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization.
- CI/CD & DevOps:Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, configuration management, and monitoring.
- Collaboration:Work closely with product owners to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and estimate development effort.
- Mentorship:Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
