Business Analyst

 Analyze requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria and understand banking/financial workflows and identify testing scope dependencies, assumptions and risks.
• Create detailed test scenarios/cases covering positive, negative, boundary conditions, exception handling and regulatory validations
• Prepare test data required for test execution.
• Ensure traceability between requirement and test cases.
• Review test cases with Product Owner and Product Manager and incorporate the feedback.
• Execute manual test cases during Sprint and Release Testing phase. Validate business rules, workflow processing, screen/UI behavior, data accuracy and end-to-end workflows.
• Perform Exploratory Testing to uncover hidden defects.
• Discover and log defects in Jira with clear steps and evidence.
• Collaborate and work with developers to get the defects fixed.
• Retest and verify defect fixes.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and PI Planning events.
• Support teams in resolving requirement ambiguities.
