Senior Data Engineer

• Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines for operational and project data.

• Develop data integrations using Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Server, MuleSoft etc other enterprise platform.

• Connect source systems, APIs, databases, files, and reporting layers.

• Own data quality, validation, monitoring, error handling, and recovery.

• Create scalable data models for reporting, dashboards, automation, and analytics.

• Work with business teams to understand process data needs.

• Support country rollout, migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

• Document technical design, data flows, mappings, and support procedures.

• Improve pipeline performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications for the role

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong ETL / ELT design and delivery experience.

• Adequate SQL Server / SQL development skills.

• Data modelling, data mapping, API integration, troubleshooting.

• Experience with production support, monitoring, and incident resolution.

  • Good stakeholder communication. Can translate business requirement into technical specifications.
