Coordinate and execute various testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Identify, track, and prioritize defects and issues, working with teams to resolve them efficiently while maintaining detailed documentation and reporting.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team by implementing new tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
