- Modernize existing application from legacy technologies to Java, Springboot, Microservices
- Lead and manage a team of small size
- Ensure timely deliverables to customers as per the commitments
- Strong Technical Expertise on System Design
- Experience in architecting the Web Applications with any JavaScript framework like React JS
- Development using React JS and
- Drives/Leads the development, performs the code reviews
- Learns and adapts to applicable technologies, products, and tools
- Demonstrates good understanding of relevant domain and solutions
- Demonstrates good understanding of the product
- Develops in depth knowledge in certain components of the product
- Understands and analyzes business requirements and designs provided
- Assists with technical design
- Develops and executes Unit Tests
- Follows standard processes and procedures
- Identifies and resolves software bugs
- Tests and integrates with other development tasks
- Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability
- Proactively picks up development and maintenance tasks
- Plans and prioritizes work
- Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers
- Proactively seeks or helps as required
