Job Description

Quality Strategy & Risk-Based Testing

  • Lead quality planning and risk assessment activities across product initiatives and releases.
  • Analyze code changes, feature implementations, and architectural impacts to determine optimal test coverage and identify high-risk areas before defects reach customers.
  • Drive a shift-left quality culture by partnering with engineering teams to prevent defects early in the software development lifecycle.

Test Automation Excellence

  • Build and evolve scalable automation frameworks that improve test coverage, execution speed, and maintainability.
  • Drive automation across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing layers.
  • Continuously optimize automated validation to reduce manual effort and accelerate release confidence.
  • Expert knowledge in Playwright tool

CI/CD & Continuous Quality Engineering

  • Own quality gates within CI/CD pipelines to provide fast, actionable feedback on every change.
  • Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and release validation into deployment workflows.
  • Drive improvements that reduce production defects, improve deployment confidence, and shorten feedback cycles.

Performance Engineering & Reliability

  • Lead performance testing initiatives to validate scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of applications under varying workloads.
  • Build performance benchmarks and proactively identify bottlenecks before they impact customers.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve application resilience, capacity planning, and operational readiness.
  • Knowledge in performance testing tools such as K6, JMeter or similar platforms.

Security & Secure Development Reviews

  • Drive quality reviews focused on security, vulnerability prevention, and secure coding practices.
  • Partner with development teams to identify potential security gaps through code reviews, automated scanning, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure security validation becomes an integral part of the software delivery lifecycle rather than a release-stage activity.
