Job Description
- Analyzing requirements, specifications, user documentation, and other project artifacts to ensure complete test coverage.
- Estimating testing efforts and designing comprehensive test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
- Executing functional, regression, integration, system, and non-functional/performance testing for desktop and web applications.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using defect management tools such as RTC JAZZ and JIRA.
- Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and successful product delivery.
- Validating software quality through structured verification and validation techniques.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, testing effectiveness, and team productivity.
- Supporting Agile development processes by actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and quality-related discussions.
