Lead and manage a team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Oversee the design and development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and define their data needs
Translate business problems into data-driven solutions, presenting complex results in a clear and actionable manner
Monitor model performance and continuously improve the accuracy of predictions and insights
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest data science trends and technologies, implementing new methodologies as appropriate
Promote data literacy throughout the organization, educating staff on how to use data to drive decision-making
Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Serves as a resource to others
