Job Description
Technical Leadership

Lead the design and development of AI and Generative AI solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

Participate in architecture reviews and promote engineering best practices.

Support technical planning and solution design activities.
AI Solution Development
-
Develop enterprise AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.

Design scalable AI services and reusable components.
-
Evaluate new AI technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
Cloud & AI Operations
-
Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.
-
Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to implement AI deployment pipelines.
-
Support model monitoring, performance optimization, and AI lifecycle management.
Collaboration
-
Work with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
-
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Encourage continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing experiments, testing hypotheses, and developing models.

Conducts data analysis and design algorithms.

Communicates with team to identify business requirements and expected oCarrieromes.

Works with business analysts to recommend suggestions of products for clients.

Selects relevant sources of information through the suggestions of subject matter experts.

Responsible for identifying client analytics problems and developing solutions to achieve results.

Performs experimental design approaches to validate findings or test hypotheses.

Responsible for identifying the appropriate algorithms to discover patterns.

Responsible for making moderate improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of work area.
Minimum Requirements
Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
OR
An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
