Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
• Identify, document, and track defects using project management tools.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure issue closure before releases.
• Test web applications, mobile applications, and internal business platforms.
• Work closely with developers, business teams, and project managers to understand requirements and validate functionality.
• Ensure a seamless user experience across devices, browsers, and platforms.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and release cycles.
• Maintain QA documentation and support continuous process improvement.
