Job Description
- Take end-to-end responsibility for features from requirement refinement and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Translate customer and business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions.
- Implement and enhance backend components and processes within the Packstation and Poststation environment.
- Ensure timely delivery of software packages while maintaining high standards for quality, stability, security, and maintainability.
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and stabilization of production systems.
- Take ownership of DevOps incidents, resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive sustainable operational improvements.
- Contribute to automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices to continuously improve software quality.
- Share knowledge with team members and support the technical growth of the development team.
