Job Description
- Help to maintain uptime of LogicMonitor’s SaaS based service and implement technical/process enhancements to improve uptime
- Deploy production applications
- Help ensure the security of the production environment
- Begin to write code to automate various aspects of infrastructure maintenance and and deployments
- Support development and work closely with developers and more senior teammates to understand drivers of operational and architecture/design changes
- Lead by example in providing good documentation and thorough Runbooks
- Understand all aspects of LM Product
