DevOps Lead

• Assess, Design, and implement DevOps practices and methodologies to improve software delivery efficiency and quality. 
• Evaluate and implement DevOps tools and technologies to enhance productivity and streamline operations. 
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes. 
• Responsible for Deployment of best practices internally and at customer sites. 
• Responsible to provide effort estimates to presales, implementation, and development Teams with respect to deployment. 
• Align customer/prospect expectations towards deployment 
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. 
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps engineers and other team members. 
• Continuously monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost. 

Requirements

• Strong Communication skills to perform discovery and finalize the scope of an engagement 
• Experience in setting up DevOps environment using Azure Pipelines.
• Experience in release management using Azure pipelines 
• Hands-on experience using GitHub 
• Experience in implementing DevSecOps process (Dynamic / Static scans) in CI/CD pipelines 
• Experience in implementing governance process and practices 
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. 
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure-as-code concepts. 
  • Familiarity with various IT monitoring and management tools.
