Job Description
- Design, build, and continuously improve production AI systems for healthcare documentation, coding, denial management, appeals, and revenue cycle workflows.
- Prototype new AI capabilities and convert successful experiments into reliable, explainable, and auditable production systems.
- Develop evaluation and feedback loops using expert review, production logs, model outputs, benchmarks, and business-impact metrics.
- Investigate system failures, implement targeted improvements, and validate gains in quality, reliability, cost, and operational outcomes.
- Set technical direction across a portfolio of AI projects, review system designs, and mentor engineers as a technical lead.
