DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines ensuring smooth deployments and rollback mechanisms.
• Provision, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
• Develop automation scripts using Bash, Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS / Azure cloud platforms.
• Work with containerized environments (Docker) and manage workloads on Kubernetes (production environments).
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Ensure infrastructure security, patching, compliance, and access control.
• Perform infrastructure scaling, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to streamline release processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in AWS or Azure (minimum 2–3 years).
• AWS and Azure are preferred as primary cloud platforms; exposure to multi-cloud environments is a plus.
• Strong experience in infrastructure management and provisioning in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC tools.
• Solid scripting skills (Bash/Shell/Python/PowerShell).
• Strong experience with Docker (containers).
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production environments.
• Good understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Understanding of security best practices (IAM, secrets management, patching).
