Job Description
Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery
- Partner with clients to shape business problems into solution hypotheses aligned to PDLC (Product Delivery Lifecycle).
- Drive co-creation workshops, rapid prototyping, and outcome-led solution design.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into architecture, data flows, and scalable engineering constructs.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions spanning discovery, POC, MVP, and enterprise-scale rollout.
- Anchor business value realization (cycle time reduction, cost efficiency, productivity gains) as part of delivery.
Engineering & Development
- Build AI-first, cloud-native applications and platforms using modern engineering practices.
- Develop accelerators, reusable components, and engineering patterns for repeatable delivery.
- Work across APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and composable architectures.
- Integrate GenAI copilots, agents, and automation into enterprise workflows.
- Drive engineering excellence (performance, scalability, resilience, security).
Emerging Technology Enablement
- Apply and scale cutting-edge capabilities across:
- Generative AI & Agentic AI (LLMs, copilots, multi-agent systems)
- Data platforms & real-time intelligence
- Cloud-native & platform engineering (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Automation & intelligent workflows
- Evaluate, incubate, and industrialize new tools, frameworks, and accelerators within DE.
- Contribute to future readiness initiatives (e.g., advanced compute paradigms, next-gen architectures).
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads (architects, data scientists, designers, and product teams).
- Provide technical leadership in FDE engagements, influencing architecture and delivery direction.
- Present value articulation, solution architecture, and outcomes to CXO and senior stakeholders.
Deployment & Support
- Lead CI/CD, DevSecOps, and production rollout strategies.
- Ensure seamless transition from POC to scaled deployment across environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in client environments.
- Drive continuous optimization using telemetry, feedback, and usage insights.
