DevOps Engineer

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable deployments

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and server environments

• Monitor system health, logs, downtime events and performance metrics

• Automate provisioning, scaling and configurations using IaC tools

• Ensure platform reliability, backup strategy & disaster recovery

• Work closely with backend + product engineers to optimize infra

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS / GCP

• Knowledge of Docker, Containers & Kubernetes (or equivalent)

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)

• Familiarity with monitoring & alerting (Prometheus / Grafana / ELK / CloudWatch)

• Understanding of networking, load balancing, firewalls and DNS

• Experience in handling production environments

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Worked in fintech / BFSI / high-security environments

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible)

• Zero-downtime deployment strategies

• Knowledge of security/compliance best practices

• Performance tuning & cost optimization
