Job Description
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation to support customer deployment activities.
- Track and manage project plans for DevOps implementation, providing regular status updates to Project Managers.
- Lead and facilitate CI/CD governance calls with customers, ensuring alignment on processes and expectations.
- Drive automation across CI/CD processes, including security, compliance, and monitoring tools.
- Manage incidents end-to-end, conduct root cause analysis, and implement proactive risk-mitigation measures.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor customer experience metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate periodic progress reports for leadership review.
