2. Key Technical Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in automation testing across UI or backend applications.
• Proficiency in Python or Java, with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Ability to independently write code, build automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
• Candidates should be capable of independently owning a feature, developing the automation solution, and ensuring the expected results.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automation test cases, with an expected scale of approximately 100–200 test cases.

3. AI Expertise

• Exposure to AI and AI-driven testing is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates without AI experience can also be considered if they demonstrate strong programming and automation capabilities.

4. Candidate Profile Expectations

• Prioritize hands-on engineers who can independently code, build, debug, and maintain automation solutions.
• Look for strong technical problem-solving skills and end-to-end ownership.
