DevOps Architect

• Architect, build, and optimize enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms and automated software delivery pipelines using GitLab and modern DevOps toolchains.
• Design and support Kubernetes-based deployment architectures, containerized build environments, and scalable development workflows.
• Drive automation initiatives using Python, Infrastructure-as-Code, and DevOps best practices to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Strengthen platform security, compliance, monitoring, and operational excellence across build and deployment environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor global engineering teams, and act as a DevOps subject matter expert to promote standardization, continuous improvement, and engineering best practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or CI/CD architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in DevOps practices, Kubernetes, Python development, GitLab, Git, Linux, WSL, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, container orchestration, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud-native application delivery.
• Knowledge of build systems and developer tooling, including CMake/Conan; exposure to C/C++ environments is preferred.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, and other automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices within DevOps environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives across teams.
