Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Databricks Platform

- Stay current with Databricks updates and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior data engineers on best practices and technical skills.
- Lead and manage a team of data engineers, providing direction, support, and growth opportunities.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to data integration and engineering initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, including executive management, to present project updates and performance metrics.
