Data Engineer (Lead)

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft BI technologies.
• Develop and support Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and ETL processes.
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards are followed.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and tools relevant to the BI and Analytics landscape.
