Core Java Developer

• Should have 5+ years of experience
• Good knowledge of Core-Java, Swing, XML, JDBC-ODBC, databases,
• Need strong expertise in core concepts like inheritance, Multi-threading, Collections, Exception Handling, Design Patterns etc.
• OS: Linux, Solaris/x86
• Test/CI framework: TTCN, Junit, In-house automation suite JIVE/EFTF 
• Development methodology: – Agile
• Good to have technical skills/experience in container architectures and related technologies like Docker, container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes
• Proven experience in developing highly scalable and customizable applications

• Mandatory Skills

  • Hands on Experience in Java, Multi Threading, Collection F/W, J2EE.
  • Knowledge of REST/Web services
  • Good knowledge of OOAD principles, Design patterns and Database.
  • Integration technologies like ESBs and Apache Camel, Messaging technologies like Apache MQ and Apache Kafka
    No-SQL databases like Cassandra
  • BPMN framework like CAMUNDA
  • Good knowledge of SW Tools.
  • Experience in application development on Linux platform.
  • Experience of developing system/application architecture/framework
  • Must have good analytical Skills and aptitude to learn new technologies and cross-function domain
  • Experience and ability to work in a distributed environment, different time zones and cultural diversity
  • Must be a good team Player
  • Tools – Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Sonar, karma, jasmine

   Optional Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Experience in B2B domain and its impact on BSS solutions, especially Charging and Billing
  • Worked with OSGi.
  • Worked with Cassandra (or any other no sql db).
  • Java scripting
  • Knowledge/Exposure of SW development methodologies like XP, Scrum, Agile.
  • Should have good coaching and mentoring skills.
