Senior Applied AI Engineer

• Develop AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
• Take full accountability for shipping working software, managing live user adoption, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting failures in production
• Identify challenges, feature gaps, and domain requirements and work closely with stakeholders to design and implement the solution.
• Manage project priorities, technical strategy, deadlines, and deliverables across complex, matrixed, or distributed organizations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of overall experience in software/platform development
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python (and ideally in one or more additional languages like Typescript, Java, Golang etc).
  • Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms.
