Job Description
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, system design, databases,
- networking, concurrency, testing, CI/CD, and secure coding principles
- Hands-on experience with GenAI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar)
- Proficiency in Java.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated code for bugs, security issues, and code quality
- Working knowledge of agentic workflows, agent development, and spec-driven development, including translating low-level design artifacts into
- structured specifications that guide AI-assisted implementation
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and custom instruction authoring, with the ability to define and champion team-level standards for effective
