- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Provide ongoing technical support for customers’ big data clusters and installations
- Direct daily operations, prioritize engineering backlogs, and ensure the team meets ambitious project milestones
- Lead on-site and remote installations/upgrades. Manage system health via remote monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting to provide seamless back-office and field support
