- Minimum Degree Required (BQ) *: Bachelor’s Degree

- Minimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ) *: 2-4 years
- Minimum of 2 year(s) of experience working with QA Testing skills.
- Certification(s) Preferred: ISTQB

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to leverage critical thinking skills to bring order to unstructured problems.
- Ability to actively participate in reviews of User Stories (functional and technical) in order to identify and help bridge gaps in requirements - particularly around use-cases and workflows (including considerations such as happy path, alternate paths, user-error, system-error workflows, etc.).
- Working closely with the Business and QA leads to obtain a thorough understanding of the application and the business being supported by the application.
- Working closely with Interactions Hub Developers / Solution Architect / Technical Lead to understand the technical approach, technical specifications, and non-functional requirements that are integral to the software application.
- Ability to author Agile Test Plans and Requirements Traceability Matrices to ensure testing depth (i.e., number of test cases) and breadth (i.e., types of test cases) are commensurate with the number of story points/ complexity and effort intensiveness of the functionalities being developed and tested.
- Ability to c
