Job Description
- Translate healthcare business problems into AI-enabled use cases suitable for agent-based automation.
- Design and implement AI/LLM-driven agents to support clinical and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business SMEs to map workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Apply LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration techniques.
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI and adherence to responsible AI and data privacy standards.
- Partner with data engineering, platform, and architecture teams to integrate AI agents into healthcare systems.
- Support development of AI-enabled clinical and operational decision-support tools.
- Document solution designs, AI workflows, risks, and implementation guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in healthcare domain roles (payer and/or provider).
- Hands-on experience or strong applied understanding of Agentic AI concepts, LLMs, and orchestration.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as care management, utilization management, or clinical documentation.
- Experience translating healthcare requirements into AI-enabled automation or decision-support solutions.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S. healthcare payers, providers, or large health systems.
- Exposure to clinical documentation, care coordination, or healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR or HL7.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled decision-support solutions.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
