Azure DevOps

Administer and maintain Azure DevOps Services projects, repositories, pipelines, and agent pools. • Manage user access, permissions, security groups, and role-based access controls (RBAC). • Configure and manage Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards, and Azure Artifacts. • Support development teams with CI/CD pipeline setup, troubleshooting, and optimization. • Manage self-hosted and Microsoft-hosted build/release agents. • Implement governance, compliance, and security best practices across the DevOps platform. • Configure project templates, branch policies, pull request workflows, and repository standards. • Monitor platform health, usage, and performance. • Integrate Azure DevOps with Azure Cloud, GitHub, ServiceNow, Jira, and other enterprise tools. • Perform platform upgrades, maintenance, audits, and access reviews. • Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. • Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Azure DevOps-related issues.
