Job Description
Cloud Operations
- Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, Azure Policies, and cloud governance.
- Provision and maintain Azure infrastructure following security and compliance standards.
- Monitor cloud performance, availability, and capacity, and resolve operational issues.
- Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions.
- Monitor cloud costs, optimize resource utilization, and support FinOps initiatives.
- Ensure Azure resources comply with governance and security policies.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
- Monitor and manage backup operations and perform restoration testing.
- Develop, maintain, and update disaster recovery (DR) procedures and documentation.
- Plan and execute DR drills and recovery testing.
- Support business continuity planning and operational readiness.
- Track and report Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) metrics.
- Support customer audits, resilience reviews, and disaster recovery exercises.

- Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, or HITRUST
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Azure environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, or equivalent) are preferred.
