Develop and maintain Java-based REST APIs for user registration, authentication, profile management, password updates, session handling, and administrative operations.

Build and support secure authentication mechanisms including JWT, API credentials, OTP/MFA flows, token validation, token refresh, and logout.

Develop and maintain OTP generation, verification, expiry, retry/failed-attempt, and notification-delivery workflows.

Write and optimize SQL queries and JDBC-based data-access components for MySQL databases.

Integrate backend services with Apache Kafka and external HTTP-based enterprise systems.

Deploy, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot WAR applications on JBoss/WildFly.

Manage application-server concerns including JNDI datasource configuration, deployment setup, logs, runtime configuration, and release support.

Investigate production issues using application/server logs, request IDs, database records, Kafka messages, and API traces.

Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and improve code quality and reliability.

Create and maintain API documentation, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.

Follow secure coding practices while handling customer identity, authentication, and sensitive data.
