Conducts cutting-edge Agentforce and AI/GenAI testing to validate intelligent CRM capabilities. Verifies complex backend configurations including Salesforce Flow and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Executes rigorous API Testing using Postman alongside Regression, Integration, and UAT testing phases.
