Job Description
- Lead the technical delivery of the engineering pod and provide technical direction across development activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React.js, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive application architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Conduct code reviews and design reviews while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while resolving complex technical challenges.
- Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth and development.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Promote engineering standards, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
- Support cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives leveraging Azure technologies.
