Associate Software Engineer

. Develop and maintain Java based applications, microservices, and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

. Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
. Develop AI agent workflows and automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
. Implement prompt engineering techniques and optimize AI model interactions for accuracy, performance, and user experience.
. Support deployment and monitoring of AI applications on cloud platforms using containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines.
. Contribute to application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
. Create technical documentation, developer guides, and knowledge sharing materials for AI and Java based solutions.
. Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous learning activities related to software engineering and AI technologies.
